GLUTEN FREE PASTA

GLUTEN FREE PASTA
- • 2lt of water
- • 10g of salt
- • 227g of Chia Pasta SOW (Fusilli or Penne)
- • 1 cup of chopped broccoli
- • Extra virgin oil for sautéing
- • 1 cup of chopped zucchini
- • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- • Soy sauce (optional)
- • Fresh basil leaves
- Boil the water with the salt. Add the Chia Pasta SOW and cook for at least 12-13 minutes and then drain.
- While you cook the pasta, sauté the broccoli in the oil. Then add the zucchinis and tomatoes. You can add a stream of soy sauce and cook for another 5 min. Serve with basil leaves.
- Serve with basil leaves.
