VEGAN MAYONNAISE

This recipe is pretty much like magic.
Smooth and creamy vegan mayonnaise made with Chia Oil SOW.

  • 100ml of a plant-based milk (low fat or 2%)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100ml of Chia Oil SOW
  • 200ml of vegetal oil

  1. Combine the milk with salt and pepper to taste in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk, using a immersion blender, for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the Chia Oil SOW and vegetal oil a few drops at a time, constantly whisking.
  4. Gradually add remaining Chia Oil SOW in a very slow thin stream until mayonnaise is thick.
  5. You can make it thicker adding more oil or more watery adding more milk. It’s totally up to you!.
